The TDCNet team continues to grow in the New Year with our newest hires John Harte and Raymond Birch. Both have been hired as Help Desk Technicians and they will be helping us improve our response times and overall level of client service.

John joins us from Geek Squad where he worked for close to two years helping customers with desktop and network support issues. He also worked for a year and a half at a software development company in St. Catharines where he oversaw several large deployments of Microsoft software.

John has a Diploma in Computer Programming from Niagara College in Welland and is CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Dynamics CRM certified. He will be providing our clients with remote support and new software installations.

Raymond is the sixth Seneca College grad to join our team. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology, graduating with honours on the President’s Honour List.

Raymond’s IT experience includes supporting users at the Social Housing Services Corporation; testing software for the Royal Bank of Canada; and working at Seneca as a Lab Assistant. He will be providing remote support and monitoring our clients’ networks (including their backups) on an ongoing basis.
