Case Study

New General Insurance Brokerage Gets Up and Running Fast with Help From TDCNet

The Challenge
Icon Insurance Brokers Ltd. needed to set up a new office in an affordable and effective way. The company wanted to have a paperless system for all client files because they were planning to use web-based software to run their business. The new office needed to accommodate those needs, control costs and position the company well for its expected growth.

The Solution
TDCNet conducted a needs assessment and developed a plan for the company’s new network, hardware and software. This included a sophisticated scanner, printer and secure wireless network, as well as dual-screen displays for their computers. TDCNet provided Icon with different options, pricing and our recommendation on the best approach.

We also handled all purchasing, delivery and set up of the network so Icon could focus on growing the business, instead of their computers. Icon partners were up and running quickly with reliable computers and an effective network.

Set up New Office Network

John Pepper 2004-a“I would like to thank Brendan and Justin Howe for the time spent with us. They quickly and effectively set up our new office network for us and we found them to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Brendan was very helpful and took the time to meet with us at our office and provide us with various options and price comparisons. Everything was handled in a timely manner. After meeting with Justin, we felt confident that our IT service would be handled properly and they would be able to grow with our business. We would not hesitate to refer them to other business associates or friends.”
