The Challenge:
The Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) had been a customer for almost 10 years, relying on TDCNet for reactive support whenever the organization had computer or server issues. In order to improve service, we wanted to use new technology to take a more proactive approach and reduce response times.
The Solution
OMCA was one of the first TDCNet customers to sign up for our innovative remote monitoring and management service. This service has led to a much more proactive approach to their network, with 24/7 monitoring identifying potential issues before they become work stopping problems.
Our remote service has also allowed OMCA’s staff immediate access to our Help Desk. Instead of staff having to wait for a technician to drive out to their office to fix computer problems or install new software, OMCA receives immediate remote support. If there is a hardware problem that cannot be solved remotely, TDCNet will come on-site to fix it, which is all included in one flat rate cost so the organization doesn’t need to worry about fluctuating IT costs.
